Kristin Cabot shares a home with Andrew Cabot and married into one of the oldest and wealthiest families in Boston.

"Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met," the IT company wrote.

Internet sleuths identified the pair at the Boston concert as Andy Byron, CEO of tech company Astronomer, and Kristin Cabot, the company's Chief People Officer. Byron was already CEO when Cabot was hired to the board in November 2024.
