After the parade’s cancellation, many from the community came forward with support for the event. New organizers, Colorado International Events, have been chosen to take over the annual parade. The company has previous experience organizing events in the city, including the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade.

New organizers are ensuring Colorado Springs will have a Veterans Day parade, after it was called off last week for lack of participants and a loss of sponsorships.
