Head coach Kevin Stefanski stated that the starters would get in work against the Rams, about 25-30 snaps. However, there are a handful of starters who will not hit the field as the Browns have listed the players who are not expected to play in the preseason finale.

Some of the Browns veterans, such as Myles Garrett, Joel Bitonio and Denzel Ward, will sit out the preseason finale against the Ram.

While most of the Browns starters are expected to play in the preseason finale against the Rams, that doesn't include Myles Garrett or Joel Bitonio.
