Mayor LaToya Cantrell's will appear in federal court for the first time in September to answer allegations in the 18-count criminal indictment a grand jury returned against her last week.

The New Orleans mayor was seen for the first time since being indicted by the federal government last week. On a video posted to Mayor LaToya Cantrell's Instagram, she was seen in her office honoring former football legend Tyrann Mathieu.
