Rosie O'Donnell is never one to hold back. In an Aug. 19 Instagram post, she called out fellow TV icon Jay Leno for a mean-spirited 2009 segment from "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," which was revisited in the new Netflix docuseries " Fit for TV: The Reality of the Biggest Loser ."

The former View cohost and Rosie O'Donnell Show star shared an incendiary message to Leno Tuesday on social media, as she made her way through Netflix 's buzzy Biggest Loser docuseries that chronicles various controversies surrounding the weight-loss-themed reality competition show.

The Biggest Loser trainer Bob Harper came perilously close to death when he suffered a heart attack in February 2017. The shocking health scare was seemingly unimaginable for Harper, who spent 18 seasons training contestants on The Biggest Loser to make their physical and emotional health a priority.
