For the first time in the 59-year history of gymnastics at Sacramento State, the Hornets will have the use of their very own training facility located within walking distance of the college campus.

KENT, Ohio – The Kent State gymnastics team is slated to begin the 2024-25 season with the program's annual Blue-Gold meet at the MAC Center. The meet is set for Sunday, December 8 at 1 p.m.

Coco Gauff said the presence of one of her idols, gymnast Simone Biles, inspired her second-round victory at the U.S. Open. The two met afterward.
