Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, the North Texas mother accused of killing her young son, is now in Tarrant County custody, FBI officials announced Thursday.

Cindy Rodriguez-Singh was arrested in India. She is charged with capital murder of her 6-year-old son Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, who’s still missing in Everman.

Cindy Rodriguez Singh, on the FBI's most wanted list, was arrested in India. She is accused of killing her six-year-old son, Noel, in Texas. US and Indian authorities worked together on the arrest. Singh fled to India after Noel's disappearance in 2022.
