Lil Nas X was reportedly arrested for the alleged assault of a police officer after law enforcement responded to calls that the musician was naked in the streets of Los Angeles.

Born Montero Lamar Hill, Lil Nas X is a rapper and singer behind hits such as "Old Town Road," "Montero (Call Me by Your Name)" and "Industry Baby."

According to police, Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, tried to “batter an officer” once police arrived at the scene, “so he was booked for battery of a [peace officer].”
