The man accused of fatally shooting American Idol music supervisor Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca, appeared in court on Wednesday, Aug. 20, for arraignment, but the judge had suspect Raymond Boodarian's case transferred to a mental health court, PEOPLE reports.
