Columbus police are investigating a shooting on Interstate 70 Sunday afternoon that sent two people to the hospital and closed part of the highway. Officers were called to westbound I-70 near the Hamilton Road interchange on the East Side at 12:13 p.m. on a report of a shooting on the freeway, according to a police dispatcher.
