Mr. Rick Johnson Sr., 63, of Hickman, Ky., passed away at 1:24 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.

Debra was born Aug. 31, 1954, in Huntsville, Ala., daughter of the late Raymond L. and Adeline Rose (Oldaker) Frady. She married James Lawrence “Jim” Yates Oct. 16, 1970. He passed away Oct. 9, 2020.

Cynthia “Cindy” Diane Hoffman, a former resident of Union City, left this world on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the age of 66, at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, N.C.
