Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson exited Wednesday’s practice, but a team spokesperson said that Jackson got his foot stepped on and is OK.

The report of Jackson's potential hand/wrist injury was premature, as it has been revealed that he was only stepped on. Team representatives said that he is fine. There is nothing worse for NFL teams when the starting quarterback is injured.
