Inter Miami have begun negotiations with Atletico Madrid to sign Argentina international and World Cup winner Rodrigo De Paul, as reported by Fabrizio Romano. The midfielder, who has one year left on his deal, is being considered as a potential key signing to help Inter Miami remain competitive.

The two close friends could be reunited in Miami this summer. Fabrizio Romano claims that the divisive MLS franchise have “started talks” over a transfer and value De Paul as the “main target” of a summer window which runs between July 24 and August 21.
