Ieri ho pubblicato un video in cui vi raccontavo quanto costava la mia casa qui alle Svalbard. Il prezzo originale era più alto, ma siamo riusciti a scendere perché c’erano davvero tantissimi lavori da fare e, onestamente, quasi nessuno qui ha il tempo o le risorse per affrontare una ristrutturazione così grande. Per questo la domanda era bassa… anche se la zona è una delle più belle di Longyearbyen e di solito le case qui all’asta raggiungono prezzi folli. 🏔️ La casa però non è ancora finita:
