I’ve been active my whole life. Gymnastics took me to provincials. I could swim before I could walk and moved through the levels faster than my age. Diving, tennis, skating, horseback riding, karate, skiing .... you name it, I’ve done it. For the past 10 years I gravitated toward class-based gyms. I loved the built-in accountability ...if you weren’t there, people noticed. But after being shut out of two gyms for different reasons, I had to shift gears.
